battery CABLING
We understand that battery cable solutions can be complex and require a specialized approach. C&G Wiring specializes in battery cable solutions and has the capability to manufacture cables up to 5/0 with encoder wheels. This ensures the accuracy of the cables to a 1/16” plus or minus tolerance. We also use crimping methods that meet military specifications for reliable and durable cables.
Inventory on hand
C&G Wiring has a wide selection of inventory on hand to meet the needs of our customers. Our selection includes various types of wire, ranging from 22GA to 4/0. Our wire inventory includes GXL, TEW, MARINE GRADE, SGX, SGR, WELDING CABLE, and jacketed cable. All of these wires are available in various sizes and lengths to meet the needs of our customers.
Printing
Thanks to our inkjet printers, C&G Wiring can provide high-quality printing services on any color wire. Our printing capabilities are perfect for personalizing your wiring and making it stand out from the competition. With our printing services, you can make your wiring safer, more organized, and more visually appealing.
Cut, Strip & Terminate
C&G Wiring provides top-notch cutting, stripping, and terminating services for all gauge wires. Our experienced and certified technicians, along with our Komax cutting machines, can quickly and accurately cut, strip, and terminate the wire to the highest standards. Additionally, our machines can also apply seals automatically in a limited range.
Sonic Welding
C&G Wiring’s six Sonic welders provide a wide range of welding capabilities, from small and intricate welds to larger, more complex projects. Our technicians are highly experienced in sonic welding and can provide expert advice on the best process for your specific application.
Looming
Our pre-cutting loom capabilities give us the ability to create a wide range of looms, from small and simple to complex and intricate. We can quickly and accurately cut the looms to exact specifications, resulting in a product that is consistent and reliable. We can also customize the looms to fit any application, so you can be sure that you’re getting the best product for your needs.
Board Builds
We are highly experienced in the field of board builds and can craft boards to exact specifications. Our team of highly-skilled professionals is adept at working with a variety of materials and components, allowing us to make custom designs for clients. Additionally, C&W Wiring is well-equipped to quickly and efficiently create boards with our Canon 44-inch printer. This printer allows us to keep up with the changing needs of the market and make changes to board designs quickly and efficiently.

Our custom labeling capabilities include heat-shrinkable labels that can be printed with your logo, text, or other information.
